Stroll>On is small enough that a person reads every message. Bugs, ideas, awkward routes, privacy questions — all welcome.
Reporting a bug
The more of this you can tell us, the faster it gets fixed. Copy the list into your email and fill in what you can — a partial report is much better than none.
- Your device — for example iPhone 14, Pixel 8, a Windows laptop.
- Your browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and roughly which version if you know it.
- What you did — the steps that led up to it, in order.
- What you expected — and what happened instead.
- Anything on screen — an error message, or a screenshot if it is easy.
Please leave out anything you would rather not send by email — we do not need your home address, and a route screenshot from your own front door tells us where you live.
Other things people write about
- A route that was wrong — tell us the rough area and what was wrong with it. If a path is closed or missing, it is usually worth fixing in OpenStreetMap too, which helps everyone.
- A feature you want — especially if it is something you would use every week.
- Privacy and data questions — see the privacy notice first, then ask us anything it does not answer.
- Pricing and Pro — what is in it, and what it will cost, is on the Pro page.
A feedback form is coming
For now, email is the only way to reach us — there is no form on this page, because we would rather not collect anything we do not need. A proper in-app feedback button is on the list.
Not a support queue
We answer as quickly as we can, but this is a beta run by a small team, so please allow a few days. If you are in the middle of a walk and something has gone wrong, the safest thing is to stop using the app and navigate the way you normally would.
